to qualify you must be non-indigenous or Metis, a permanent resident of the
NWT, registered with the NWT Health Care Plan, and under the care of a nurse
practitioner or physician for the specified illness.

Assistance to homeowners for modifications to improve
accessibility to the home, PATH is an assistance program that provides Home
Ownership assistance, Rental subsidies, and emergency repair assistance to
